i'm sort of disappointed in the whole workout thing. first week i lost 3lbs.; second week i lost 2.4; third week i gained back 2lbs 'cause i didn't exercise or pay attn to what i ate haha; this week i worked my tail off exercising and watching what i ate ... to only lose 2lbs. people keep telling me 2lbs is awesome! i just don't think so. i

The guys started installing the new furnace and central air on Friday. It will be finished tomorrow. Unfortunately, this weekend was a scorcher. So, yeah, sucks
